Engagements are fixed in scope and duration and say so before signature. TechSight 90 publishes its own limits: one use case, one to ten systems, joint delivery. Scope creep is the failure that methodology exists to prevent.
Everything we recommend runs on our own platform first. That is not a marketing line; it is why the control catalogue has the shape it does.
Worth stating plainly, because a governance practice that oversells destroys the trust it is selling.
