Tech Sight (Pty) Ltd · Centurion, South Africa

About

An independent practice in AI governance, audit, architecture and training, led by Frans Vermaak and delivered by the people who wrote the framework.

How we work

The people who scope an engagement deliver it. There is no partner-sells-then-hands-to-juniors gap, because the framework was written by the people who apply it.

Engagements are fixed in scope and duration and say so before signature. TechSight 90 publishes its own limits: one use case, one to ten systems, joint delivery. Scope creep is the failure that methodology exists to prevent.

Everything we recommend runs on our own platform first. That is not a marketing line; it is why the control catalogue has the shape it does.

The company

  • Tech Sight (Pty) Ltd, registration 2020/007761/07.
  • Centurion, Gauteng, working with South African and offshore clients.
  • Led by Frans Vermaak, CEO and AI & Data Architect.
  • Recruitment and related professional services remain available on request. They are no longer the focus of the business.

What we will not say

Worth stating plainly, because a governance practice that oversells destroys the trust it is selling.

No certification

We do not provide legal, statutory audit, or formal regulatory assurance services, and we are not registered with IRBA. Our assessments are technical: they produce findings, observations and recommendations, never an opinion.

No unsourced numbers

Any figure on this site traces to something you can check. Where we have no number, we say so rather than reach for a plausible one.

No client names without permission

You will not find a logo wall here. Client work is referenced only where the client has agreed in writing.
